Amelia Woolley

Amelia is a Manager in Deloitte’s Health and Human Services Consulting practice. Prior to joining Deloitte, she spent 10 years working within governance, quality and patient safety roles in the NHS. She played a pivotal role in the planning and preparation for one of the largest hospital and community based care inspections ever undertaken in the UK. The inspection resulted in the only ‘Outstanding’ grade awarded to a teaching hospital in the UK at that time. Amelia is a specialist in clinical governance and quality improvement. She is passionate about enhancing the improvement capabilities of health and care providers; helping organisations move from a focus on quality assurance (monitoring and measuring) to one of continuous quality improvement.
