Ilse Vanhulle

Ilse is a manager in the Deloitte Australia Customer Technology practice. She started her career in Europe within the Deloitte Consulting Belgium practice, and has delivered multiple global projects across a range of industries (Health Care & Life Sciences, Telecom, Banking & Finance & Consumer Products) before moving to Australia in 2013.  Focusing on Sales, Service and Marketing digital transformation projects, her passion for technology quickly became evident and she started building significant expertise around cloud platforms like Salesforce.com.

During her career, she has had different responsibilities: building business cases, scoping, requirements gathering, business process modelling, implementation, testing, project planning and follow-up and project & team management. Having grown into the role of Project Manager, she now assists her clients to embark on a true transformation journey, not only helping them to define their future IT and digital strategy, but also framing this into the ‘bigger picture’, as she believes IT should never operate in isolation and adds a lot of value to all parts of the business.

Her ambition and passion are recognised not only by her clients, but also within Deloitte: in fact she has represented the firm at multiple occasions, like speaking at the annual Belgian Deloitte Sales & Marketing conference, where she presented a client case to an audience of Sales & Marketing executives to demonstrate how IT can help grow and innovate business.

Continuously looking for new challenges, her commitment does not end at her projects. She is part of the Agile leadership team within Deloitte, embedding the Scrum and Agile philosophy within our practice and supporting clients on their journey to leverage the agile framework as an accelerator for organisational change
