Filipa also brings over experience in fundraising consulting and campaign management within the UK’s charity sector and over 2 years of experience in working in 2 UK Government Departments as a policy advisor within European Union and Labour Market legislation. Within this context, Filipa developed an insight and strong interest into unconscious bias, gender equality issues, Women on Boards initiatives, diversity & inclusion, disability support and social enterprises. Having also studied organisational psychology has supported Filipa in building knowledge on leadership styles and their impact on employee performance and organisational behaviour.
