Filipa Pires



As an Analyst in the Sydney Human Capital division, Filipa has had experience in technology adoption, organisational design & reform, HRT principles and change management as well as in implementing culture change and diversity & inclusion practices, within Public Sector and Government settings. Filipa also brings over experience in fundraising consulting and campaign management within the UK’s charity sector and over 2 years of  experience in working in 2 UK Government Departments as a policy advisor within European Union and Labour Market legislation. Within this context, Filipa developed an insight and strong interest into unconscious bias, gender equality issues, Women on Boards initiatives, diversity & inclusion, disability support and social enterprises. Having also studied organisational psychology has supported Filipa in building knowledge on leadership styles and their impact on employee performance and organisational behaviour.
